In the world of luxury cruising, the dining experience is paramount. Holland America Line, known for its exceptional onboard offerings, aimed to push these boundaries further by collaborating with a global culinary icon.
Enter Chef Morimoto, Michelin-starred maestro and ambassador for the Fresh Fish program. His partnership with Holland America introduced exclusive pop-up restaurants and an elevated seafood menu that promised to redefine onboard dining.
Our task was to encapsulate this transformation. From initial filming to intricate rendering and post-production, we crafted a visual narrative that highlighted Chef Morimoto’s innovative contributions, seamlessly integrating them into Holland America’s rich culinary tradition.

"From port to plate in less than 48 hours”, but make it Alaska to California. Our team embarked on a shoot to follow the seafood’s journey, highlighting its freshness from source to plate, in the form of new dishes - introduced by chef Masaharu Morimoto. This visual narrative ties in Holland America Line’s commitment to high-quality dining and Chef Morimoto’s culinary excellence.
